Copyright retention. Authors retain the full copyright of their work published in Revista de Pedagogie Digitala. Copyright remains exclusively with the author(s). By submitting and publishing an article, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the work.

All articles published in Revista de Pedagogie Digitala are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.

Self-archiving (repository policy). Authors are encouraged to deposit any version of their article (preprint, postprint, or publisher’s version) in institutional or thematic repositories, on personal or institutional webpages, or in academic networks, without any embargo period, immediately upon publication. The journal’s self-archiving policy is registered with Sherpa Romeo.
Attribution and citation requirements. When reusing or republishing their work, authors and third parties should acknowledge the original publication in Revista de Pedagogie Digitala using the format: First published in Revista de Pedagogie Digitala, [Volume], [Year], [DOI].
Third-party use. Any substantial reuse, reproduction, or distribution of published content requires permission from the copyright holder (the author). Limited excerpts may be used without permission for purposes of commentary, criticism, reporting, research, teaching, or scholarship, as permitted under applicable fair use or fair dealing principles. All uses must include appropriate citation.
Author warranties. By submitting an article, authors warrant that: the article is their original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity; any third-party content (including images, tables, data) has been used with appropriate permissions; all listed authors have made significant contributions and have approved the final version; the article is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and has not been previously published (except as a preprint if disclosed).
Publication ethics. The journal subscribes to publication ethics principles as outlined by COPE. Full details are available in the Ethics Policy.
Policy updates. The journal reserves the right to update this policy. Significant changes will be announced on the journal’s website, and the updated policy will apply to articles submitted after the announcement date.
